Maintenance Requests

If your home or building needs maintenance work carry out, please:

• Phone the Call Centre 04 499 4444,
  
• TXT 3400 (this is free)
  
• Email info@wcc.govt.nz

If you phone through a request:

1. Have a pen and paper handy, as you will need to write the date and job number down, so that you have a record of the request.
   
   
2. Call 04 499 4444 and tell the call Centre that you want to log a job.
   
   You be asked the following things; What is your name, what is your complex name, the location and work/maintenance required.
   
   
3. Make sure to tell the call centre the degree of urgency of the work/maintenance.
   ie: Urgent = The request work needs to be done within 4 hours.
   
   
4. Before you hanging up, request a job number in case you need to call back about your request.
   
   
5. If you need to make a follow up call about your logged job request, please call 04 499 4444 and quote the job number.
