Bit short this week and have no food?
The Free Store is a non-profit organisation that daily redistributes perfectly edible surplus food to those that determine themselves in need of it, right here in the heart of Wellington City.
Monday to Friday our committed team of volunteers pick up surplus food from cafés, bakeries and restaurants that wasn't sold that day and would otherwise be thrown out. This food is then given out freely from our shop front.
Opening Hours:
Mon-Fri: 6pm till all the food is given out
