Kotuku Community Room, Flat 29, 5 Kemp St, Kilbirnie on Saturday 20th April from 7 pm to 10 pm. Refreshments will be provided.

This is an invitation to all Kotuku and Duncan Terrace City Housing Tenants.

Community Family Movie Night

Dear Sir/Madam

In an effort to provide a fun evening for the whole family, the Community of Ongaonga is keen to run a Family Movie Night within the historic Ongaonga Community hall as a fundraiser for the Play centre and Hall and I note via the web that your school has run a similar Community Family Movie Night.

To this end I would welcome any advice as to

• Establish if there are any licences, copyright issue etc we need to be aware of?
• Whom we need to contact in order to be able to screen a movie with respect to copyright etc?
• Any other issues you may have found as result of running this type of community event?
