Newtown Branch will be holding a public hui tonight at Daniell St Hall (corner Constable/Daniell Sts), and kicks off just after 7pm. This is a chance to share your views about the issues you care about!
Clean Up Newtown
Help keep Newtown clean and combat graffiti by coming along to the next Clean Up Newtown Day, this coming Saturday! We will be running our annual community art workshops again this year in early October. If you’re a local artist keen to share your craft with others, please get in touch! Our compost bin workshop held here last weekend was a great success! If you don’t have space for your own bin and keen to add to ours, please let us know! You can also contact Janet at the Sustainability Trust about running workshops on composting or other ‘green’ stuff for your work, flat, or community organisation!
